Leaders have to think about what they are becoming through the process of leadership! Short sighted leaders think only about what they get at the end of the process. Everything we build, builds us. Everything we do, does something to (or in) us. We need to consistently reflect on what we are becoming (and what those around us are becoming) in the pursuit of success!
